ФРЕСКИ ПОДПРУЖНЫХ АРОК СОБОРА РОЖДЕСТВА БОГОРОДИЦЫ ФЕРАПОНТОВА МОНАСТЫРЯ. ИКОНОГРАФИЯ И ПРИНЦИПЫ ПРОСТРАНСТВЕННОГО РАЗМЕЩЕНИЯ ОБРАЗОВ
Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются фрески 1502 г. размещенные на подпружных арках собора Рождества Богородицы Ферапонтова монастыря. Исследуется иконографическая традиция образов святых в цветных медальонах и их особенности. В связи с большим количеством фигур, впервые ставится вопрос о существовании определенных принципов последовательности изображений, которыми пользовался Дионисий, выполняя росписи. Поиск принципов становится целью исследования. Соотнесение дат памяти святых с их пространственным местоположением и идентификация неизвестных ранее персон, впервые позволяют выявить минологический, парный принцип взаимосвязи образов друг с другом. Одновременно обнаруживается, что при размещении святых на подпружных арках художник учитывал не только деление фигур по чинам святости, но и парное расположение образов, имеющих общий день памяти, историко-тематические связи и другие факторы.
